Jagman: The PR is a little confusing. This is what I think...

I do not think there was an old KDS at the plant. I am saying that they have been burning palm waste for cogeneration of electricity since December 2004 and only recently added the new KDS to process the waste. That has led to a 30% increase in the efficiency of the plant.

Perhaps you should contact FASC for a clarification.
