Remember...

That only applies to buy orders. You can always sell a position online. The reason for the phone restrictions on some stocks is that the volume is extremely light and they want to make you aware that the stock is illiquid. They have all been fined and sued in the past for not letting less sophisticated investors aware of the risks. If/When the volume starts to increase the brokers will remove the restrictions.
