Vale is the Shark, they have Billions of dollars, they cover their bets like Vegas poker players with the largest rolls. The bull-doze competition and have long term goals much like the Japanese have long goals. KATX will be a pot hole and their claims will be gobbled up in the near future with cash going to Ken and not the share holders (aka, lemmings) who think this is a "life changing opportunity" , sorry Pope family.
