No, you have it wrong. LBSR was beaten down with the market (2008, aka see the charts i just posted), at this point, it's a question of "what will cause a recovery, and/or continue company prospects?"
It's not 'dow jones to new all time highs, buy LBSR'

However, the inverse is true. DEFLATIONARY CYCLE!! SELL EVERYTHING
