Well we believe that the company has converted a $60,000 note to stock. These conversions have hit the market EOD in large batches and picked up by retail. In this sense, the SS has changed. Longs have consumed a lot of these shares, though, so the relative float should remain the same (if not even more locked up). A few flippers in this atm and MMs taking this down for cheapies, scaring investors to sell, but the longs know this play and we're waiting for the promiseland. The chart is poised to break out IMO.
I would say that the SS is roughly 60M and the float overall is 14M, but 5-6M is eaten up by longs. So the answer to your question is complicated, but nothing that affects the stock adversely at this point. More shares are needed for liquidiy during the run. Better get in tomorrow because the run is going to happen very soon IMO
