Anybody know what is happening with Globetrac and Thermofortegreen and Ibagreen?

The Letter Agreement was terminated on September 9.

Thermofortegreen.com and Ibagreen.com websites are both now coming up BLACK!

The Lawsuit filed against Thermoforte has added Globetrac as a Defendant.

Continuing lack of contact and communication from Thermoforte or Iba.

Is this deal finished or just taking a long time to be completed?
