The company is building its first complete 1 ton per day NT Plasmatron system which will convert solid, liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons into electricity while sequestering greenhouse gases. That will take a long time to build, test, revamp, test, so no revenue genreataion in the foreseeable future, at least 6 months to 1 year. didn't they already build that?
As reported June 10th, 2011, W2 Energy is building at its Guelph facility a complete combustion laboratory with which to test the Plasmatron system. They have contracted 2 independent laboratories to test and verify the performance of every aspect of the Plasmatron and SunFilter systems, from syngas composition to algae growth….. That will take a long time to build, test, revamp, test, so no revenue genreataion in the foreseeable future, at least 6 months to 1 year.

As reported on April 5, 2011, W2 Energy has built Generation 2 of its SunFilter algae bioreactor. Generation 1 SunFilter has been operating for 2 years continuously….no sales, no revenue, pps still in the tank
W2 Energy built and delivered Generation 1 of its AiRocket compressed air engine to the Arizona Research Institute for Solar Energy (AzRISE) at the University of Arizona in Tucson, and is currently building Generation 2 of the AiRocket for AzRISE to replace Generation 1. Estimated delivery to AzRISE is November 15th, 2011….Research Facility, no revenue, more testing, revamp, test, no money for shareholders, pps will reflect incompentecy of management :(
W2 Energy Is also in the final stages of testing and delivering an AiRocket engine to be installed in a high-end composite motorcycle being built by one of the world's leading manufacturers of custom motorcycles and choppers… That will take time to build, test, revamp, test, so no revenue genreataion in the foreseeable future, at least 6 months to 1 year. ?
W2 Energy is moving forward on the SteamRay, which is the initial version of its patented engine design and will be installing a 50KW SteamRay in the combustion lab. The company will then purchase a gas fired boiler which will burn the syngas from a Plasmatron and generate the steam to drive the SteamRay….. That will take a long time to build, test, revamp, test, so no revenue genreataion in the foreseeable future, at least 6 months to 1 year. ?
W2 Energy is auditing its 2009/2010 financials and it is the intent of the company to file the appropriate registration statement and reapply for fully reporting
issuer status under SEC regulations.
