Well, some of the terms of the sale describe profit sharing - the ATL lab staying operational (for some time , until/ if the new owner decides) , employment agreements ----

best case; MPPC will use the proceeds to pay the non-dischargeable debt (taxes) and emerge lean & clean. Then some sort of M&A will happen....
