PanAmSat Declares Second Quarter 2005 Dividend

WILTON, Conn., June 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PanAmSat Holding Corporation today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend for the period from April 1, 2005 to June 30, 2005, in the amount of $0.3875 per share, payable on or about July 15, 2005, to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2005. Such quarterly amount is equivalent to a rate of $1.55 per share on an annual basis.

While PanAmSat intends to pay regular quarterly dividends pursuant to its new dividend policy, all subsequent dividends will be declared by the PanAmSat board of directors at its discretion.
