-Obvious Quiet Period or NDA Not really, the only thing that is obvious is the company went broke and hasn't been doing anything.
-Ken allowed to sell 2,000,000 shares of BVIG that currently doesn't trade - Will someday :)Yep, he's got the drop on us. That was predicted over a year ago by some "bashers".
-Vale/Lucky Deal possible Vale doesn't seem to be in any hurry to even start poking around Lucky in the option agreement.
- Insane amount of IHUb Board Traffic(My personal favorite)A lot of people are seeing KATX for what it really is.

I picked up another 100,000 yesterday at .01 and I love this stock.Already underwater on those too. At least do yourself a favor and wait until this gets to a support.
