Matt may or may not have been the author of the PR!

One important thing to notice is the PR was released to the public on 4/26/11 and the document was created 5/3/11 which is days after the PR.

Here is an example I down load many files in Acrobat. The first two fields are automatically populated when the pdf file is created i.e.
File Title: This is the name of the file from it's source application.
File Author: Is taken from the PC name or user.

I change the settings to that the 'Author' field is automatically populated with my company name, project name or my name to make filing easer? When I am dealing with tons of plans, specification and clients it's much easer to locate and file in my computer.

You use Acrobat JavaScript to change it. The simplest code is:
this.info.Author = "My Company Name" or "Project Name", etc.

Run from the Acrobat JavaScript console. With additional code you can create a menu item or toolbar button to run this function. You can also set it automatically. If you have Acrobat Professional, you can use the Action/Batch Processing function to apply this script to selected documents or whole folders. I use this also in most cases so that I don't have to print and put a time/date/received. If I printed every document I get I would have to have 18 wheeler for storage and 5 gallons of stamp ink...LOL.

My personal computer is set up to where I scan a document from someone else, it lists me as the author and the time it was created...created is the time it was scanned but does not change the title. Who knows, Matt computer may be set that way???

In any event, makes no difference to me if Matt penned the PR, least it was readable...LOL. He has been doing extensive leg work for ACLY.
