There is alot of ugliness involved in the CSC deals for investors, but all that ugliness should disappear IF, and only IF, Thompson has a PRODUCT THAT HE CAN SELL IN THE ARENAS HE HAS IDENTIFIED (Apparel, industrial fabrics, medical). As much as I don't necessarily like the CSC deals, the one thing it doesn't do is generate long term debt for KBLB. That's good. It does cause dilution, but even $1.5mil at 10 cents, discounted at 20%, only dilutes to the tune of 18,750,000 shares, which is about 3% of present outstanding shares. I've seen alot worse dilution than that from big board stocks in efforts to generate quick cash.
If the product is proven, as some believe is either in the process at this moment, or is the VERY NEXT step, and the product is marketable, there is no reason us long term holders shouldn't make a ton of money. In the mean time, there is no doubt in my mind that us long term holders have exposed ourselves to the risks that mojo has mentioned time and time again. WE NEED PRODUCT. WE NEED A DEAL. That, in my opinion, is all that is left. Fighting over the financing and science is all mute now as far as I'm concerned. I understand both as well as I think I ever will, and if I understand them, for the most part, properly, I'm in this until there is proof that there will never be commercialization. If commercialization gets dragged out, that will be a BIG RED FLAG. I don't have a time line, but I am anxious at each and every PR from here on out.
The very first post I ever made I stated that if you have 50,000 shares of KBLB, and you hold it for 10 years, you'll be a millionaire. I still believe that, at this moment. It's down to 9 years now. Still alot of patience required, but no more blind following.
