But as we stand right now the pps is undervalued to what the company is acutally worth. Now im with you there are other factors in a mining play such as (are they ever going to start digging and take in revenue) that is what can kill a start up for me. but again the value of the property alone is more then the current pps not to mention all the brown gold that needs to be dug up. IMO people arent pouring money into things anymore and that is why this hasnt exploded. but in due time $$
