It goes into company accounts for use as the company sees fit. Those accounts are not checking accounts for David to buy a Porsche or take trips. They can only be used for legitimate company business. This stuff is governed by laws. That's why Ex Tyco CEO Dennis Kozlowski is sitting in Fed. Prison right now serving 30 years. Google it.
