Its a risk we all assume when buying/selling sub-pennies.

When someone spends $50K in a stock at 005 during pump week (e.g. late May), where the big announcement apparently leaked was no debt for the Susanville project - is that investing? Did we know any more last May than we know now per operating cash flow, and what's on the books?

When someone buys a Grey stock at 002 believing they have a bargain on the downside, what published fundamentals or filings by the company are they basing that on?

What LLEG has taught me is the world of microcap stocks has very little to do with investing. If no 10Q is present then it's entirely emotionally driven by dreams. It still does make for interesting short term trading potential.
