“I’ve” hesitated to post “MY” many comments about this stock because “I” wanted to see just how far its shenanigans would go.


“I” figure between reading all these posts, followed by carefully choreographed press releases loaded with the sneakiest weasel clauses from this ADCS company, that “I” can see how and why bagholders were “baited” into becoming just that.


As with all pinks “I’ve” been following here, “I’ve” long since learned that if “I” wait long enough, pinks tends to reveal themselves and often in the worst ways and would repeatedly make a fool out of “ME” for cheerleading it.


No matter how many fact-finding posts are deleted to hide the truth, the Pinks that are being wrongfully protected always demonstrates their worthlessness and thereby causing monetary losses that could have been otherwise AVOIDED!

YES!, "I'm" one of the biggest losers in this company and it painfully SERVES "ME" RIGHT!

“I’ve” watched and followed-along with this ADCS company as they’ve started many ventures with each ultimately terminating with premeditated weasel clauses, excuses and botched contracts and acquisitions, all in a manor indicative of a “typical” PINKSHEET company having never planned to follow through on anything they’ve mislead many into believing from the very start.

If “I” make false-positive posts for self-assurances rather than in recognizing the prevailing facts standing in plain view that clearly debunks all “MY” Faith-Based cheer leadership, then it makes sense when what “I” refused to believe gets thrown in "MY" face, that “I” would cringe-up and seek the nearest corner to hide in.

http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20110920005373/en/Mike-Pike-Productions-Issues-Notice-Default-Advanced was already KNOWN by the ADCS company throughout all the previous Press Releases made so far this year. “I” don’t doubt that their main attempt was to create enough ADCS stock-interests for “Mike the Pike Productions” to dilute its otherwise worthless ADCS shares into and convert into its cash equivalent to cover ADCS alleged Defaults.


This “Pink-GAME” was likely planned from the very start and at the anticipated expense of its loyal shareholders lead by Candy-coated Press Released laced with Weasel Clauses.


However, “I” can at least add ADCS to the Government Deficit when “I” write it off as a loss on your next Tax Filings.

Hopefully by now, Lessons were learned here about this company and anything attached to it.


There were and still are absolutely NO EXCUSES for why this company is doing so badly, especially as the US Government has long since allocated funds to provide opportunities for companies like these to run their businesses for economical growth ultimately leading to JOB CREATION, and even more monetary incentives for hiring workers FOR those jobs.

A “Legitimate” pinksheet company would have written a proposal for those AWAITING/ AVAILABLE findings rather than sneaking in and out of boiler rooms to ripping off shareholders.

If ADCS truly wanted to, they can turn their act around and EVERYONE INVOLVED WOULD WIN!



ADCS enters their name change with success,
ADCS (Under new name) flourishes with increased profits and growth
Shareholder’s market value increases, and thereby increasing their overall wealth, which in turn attracts more investors and so on.


BUT Noooooooooo! ADCS choused the easy punk way out!
They’d rather go to hell in a hand basket tripping over their own lies along the way.

Glad “I” sold to save what “I” could when “I” did. And to think “I” was contemplating taking up another position here.. But thanks to the recent Press Release, “I’m” Glad “I” didn’t.
