They may have "accepted" it but just haven't signed and sent back yet. Like I said.. I didnt hear the CC so I cant say what was exactly said and how it was worded, but this was my convo with our IR guy. He also said that they don't intend to do the MOU trial for the other Host properties. They will only do them if Hosts wants to put them under contract. He said Philly should be enough proof of the system, and they werent doing another trial installation. I believe this can be taken as positive or negative, but I tend to lean to the positive side....
