09/22: Speranza OBJECTS to his SENTENCE, NATHAN doesn't know what to do?
Too JUNIOR?!?
ROGER: Why aren't you helping your YALE colleague?
"09/21/2011 ORDER as to George Speranza: Probation has advised the Court that it received objections to the presentence report from the defendant and, to date, the government has not filed a response, in direct contravention of this court's Standard Requirements in Criminal Cases. The Court requires the opposing party respond within ten business days of the date the objections are made. The government must submit a response to probation and forward a hard courtesy copy to the court within two business days from the date of this Order, i.e., no later than September 23, 2011. Failure to comply may result in the imposition of sanctions. SO ORDERED by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 9/21/2011. (Irizarry, Dora) (Entered: 09/21/2011)"
Nathan can do it!
HE CAN!
Yale please?
Too JUNIOR to address SPERANZA's presentence OBJECTIONS... or is it because no arguments to give to objections?
Because Speranza's objections are valid or what?
I mean, Nathan Reilly comes from Yale, he is a GOOD lawyer, and he is not JUNIOR, and he is not a STUDENT, right?
