that is sad as the worst thing you can do is leave a structure empty -over time it will fall apart - looks to be in great condition now and selling the antiques, well they will not be able to be replaced -I have been trying to get my wife to open a resturant for 15yrs -she is at least considering it now -even very recently we talked about it but she wants it in another state not Texas - I coined the name on it years ago -at first she hated it but it has grown on her -you have to have a hook they say - now think about a large neon light with the words in cursive -Mother Tuckers- I know its funny but I am serious about it -my younger brother and I almost opened a grill/bar with it but the location we had to have(in our minds) got leased out from under us - he recently opened a Sports Bar in Midland Tx - I am not interested in putting up with that kind of crowd these days -
