Why are you buying? This company appears to no longer exists. No one has answered the phone in months at their place of business. If you Google theie former customers you cannot contact them and they may have been fabricated. There is a good chance their financials were fabricated since their auditor Ted Davis was a drunken fraud and never visited their site. They haven't been heard from in a year. I have to understand why people would continue to throw money at something like this.
