Remember last time there was a posting for the settling pond plan approval? The server was up and down, mostly down. DailyBagel got through late at night and there it was!
Having a bit of IT experience, we are strange creatures of habit.
I'm going out on a limb right now and going to start thinking DRMS's IT Department is loading up all the scanned doc's to the file server. (This is sort of like Tinker-Belle, if you believe in it you will find it)
And, because I believe in google luck charms, I posted with Bagel last night and had him looking for it!
