Wish the company would've waited till closer to the meeting to release this, so called DC. How does this better inform me, to make an educated vote? Nothing we didn't already know, old copy and pasted PR's. Wish they would've told us 6 months ago they were seeking shareholder approval for ST spin out. Not that seeking our approval is a bad thing. Hope they release something to keep us afloat till Oct. 18th, but it seems their hands are tied till they have SH approval. Dissapointed. Well, I guess in the end SRSR SP doesn't matter it's all in the spin outs.
