Sounds like it could have been the script from that movie in 1990, "Daddy's Dying, Who Has The Will?"

Seriously, It may have been a deal in process. You never know. It could have been a plan to sell so his heirs had enough assets to carry on after his passing.
Most importantly, Knelson will keep producing the equipment we may need.
PCFG will "adapt and overcome".
