There will be a awful lot of restricted shares being held here

So will I be able to determine when the "restricted" comes off of these shares?

Viewpoint, Baer, and the Seawind group would have to file a Form 144 prior to having their shares available for sale?

As would these new investors, correct?

And how do I set myself up to get notified whenever Form 144's are filed?
