IMO all GARB has to do is #1 announce the end of dilution, #2 announce a date to break ground, or better yet,break ground on plant#1, and we will be sitting on a gold mine. that in itself should up pps over .01 after that, big money investors will take notice,and start buying,making todays pps ancient history. we cant loose unless this is a total pump and dump. IN MY OPINION, we are going to make a lot of money,if we dont panic, of corse, alot depends on CC this month. if no real news comes out,ill be ready to unload. they have had enough time to fund at least 1 plant. just my opinion
