Right now seems to be a whole different story, though. We just had a run before but now there are actually serious filings being dropped. And from what I remember, there hadn't been any since 2005, so a reverse merger is looking way more likely here than as far as I've known of BDLF and I've known about it for a while. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't bother releasing all that stuff if something big wasn't going on.
As for the other, we'll just have to wait and see
