COTTAGE GROVE, Tenn., Sept. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Cooper Holding Corp, (PINKSHEETS:COHO.pk - News), announced today that Cooper Hunting Industries has signed a manufacturers' representative agreement with the Don Coffey Company Inc. to represent its Chameleon hunting blind product line.

The Don Coffey Company provides manufacturers with representation in 43 states specializing in hunting, fishing, camping and Marine products. Their expertise ranges from larger distributors to individually owned and operated retail outlets. Ellett Brothers latest order is accredited to the Don Coffey Company and management is pleased to report that all products were sold during the two day promotion. Ellett Brothers have placed another restocking order for the Chameleon hunting blinds.
