I'm sure this wasn't the original plan, but that is what will happen now. In the past the share printing operations would usually reconfigure their share structure via a reverse split, and start again. This would accomplish a couple of things, first it would drive away all of the shareholders who have been squeezed dry of their investment and it would clear the field for a new set of investors. Unfortunately for those intentions the rules have changed. The DTC has locked the company down and the intense scrutiny and the insurmountable obstacles to trading has made such a strategy unworkable.

All he can do now is try to dump whatever few shares he has left (according to his mouthpieces he has already maxed out the OS to 10 billion so there can't be many shares left) and move on. This one is done, the fat lady is in mid aria.
