Please let me caution everyone that this MOU PR is similar to what we have received in the past from our esteemed owner EY. I like EnergyWave have held this stock since 2003. He has alot of shares to put out there and needs to generate these PR's in order to do it. I really had written this stock off so it is good to see some life but I hold no illusions that I will ever get to break even. ActiveShopper was going to be huge for this company and we had plenty of non-binding MOU PR's that failed to materialize. The reverse split crushed us longs. When EY actually buys a mine or mineral rights then I will get cautiously optomistic. Until then its all talk. GLTYA HC550
