Can you tell me a little more about what it means to “prepare a drilling program”?

1. Do we need to prepare the drilling program BEFORE we can apply for a exploration permit?
2. Do we have or have access to the equipment that we’ll need to commence drilling?
3. Is Mr Briscoe confident we’ll be able to get the financing we need to move forward with drilling?
