Looks like the MM's are taking advantage of the higher expectations not being met with this DC. That is always the problem with pinksheet stocks.

I am not excited about the circular content but it does show more transparency on the part of the company and an attempt to move forward. Not nearly the detail expected which will make this a rocky road for some time to come. Looks to me however like the company is moving forward, proposing what we alreayd knew that Niostar would be spun out along with ST.

MM's are going to take advantage of this so let's see how many long bite?
