As of June 30, 2010, the aggregate market value of the registrant’s voting and non-voting common equity held by non-affiliates of the registrant was $11,302,636 based on the closing price of the registrant’s common shares of U.S. $0.50, as reported on the OTC Bulletin Board on that date.
