GAME OVER! To file the lawsuit directly at the owner of ICM is desperate to say the least. I guess the theroy is if he uses his own money he may consider settling. there is no new news about customers and the one they wanted is gone to ICM.

I can see them delaying the split into next quearter because people are still buying!! why split when you can make a little more before hand.

I heard they are trying to work with BP now.

when the contract is signed they are going to to a buy back of the shares and cancel the split. then we go to the moon and only then will Valero admit they have contracts with us too!!!
