Don't have time to look it up for you, but look in the 12/31/2010 financials and find the OS. Then look it up in the 12/31/2009 financials. You'll notice a 60% or so increase and will see it's on track to get to 1 billion shares if they don't find an alternative to financing versus selling shares. Dillution is a real concern for me and they still have to build the facilities in South Africa to complete thier vision. This puts a cap on the pontential share price for me and suggest they will need to do a reverse split to eventually uplist.
