Sorry, I don't buy into conspiracy theories, what I DO see is constant selling pressure on this stock for over a year now with the entire share structure constantly growing. If Ken plans on unloading another $800k of stock into the O/S you and all your buddies better line up with your money, because there's going to be a never ending supply of "cheapies" that need to be bought.
