First let's analyze my statement:

It sure would be nice if we were to see a turn-around without a RS on this.

This simply means YES - it would be nice for the PPS to increase without an RS! Simple as that - nothing more, nothing less.

Unfortunately...as previously stated...this requires Liebs to change the way things were done in the past.

Now this statement has to do with the negative sentiment surrounding MMTE and company.
