I did miss the filings as I was depending on OTCBB.com for them. It appears AMEP has potential, but any kind that will help shareholders gain value is questionable. AMEP has CD's and over 2 mil in debt.

TNOG on the other hand has a huge following who are prepared to hold to at least 0.30 and beyond. Soon TNOG will be pumping large amounts of oil and gas. Look at the TNOG chart:

BTW: TNOG today we reached 0.04. Be good to TNOG and I will try to hassle your "honourable" board less often.
