I don't want another JV with Sage. Sage is great for a long term play that might make NewCo into something over the next 5-10 years, but I want our next JV to be with a company that is already producing elsewhere. A company that has a steady flow of cash, looking to expand their operations, and has the knowledge and employees in place to get the ball rolling. Applying for drilling permits tomorrow, and getting the rigs transported to the coordinates after all these years of waiting, isn't fast enough.
