Will P. Verges reduce the A/S?

when R/S’ing the O/S in 2012?

I’m thinking there could be some wiggle-room and hey, a good Marketing/Salesmanship argument to scream loudly at the Public Investors that he has decided to reduce the Authorized Share structure while Reversing/Splitting the Common Shares at the same time come 2012.

AKA, over inflated the A/S in 2011 with intent to reduce it during a near term planed R/S in 2012?

Seriously, the PPS has to be raised….period!

So, can PV wait until January 2012 to R/S the PPS higher and do a reduction of the A/S at the same time… OR…, please no, please, no, please no….the A/S will be close to being maxed-out by then so therefore can not be reduced at the same time of the R/S?

Just trying to find a bright side. Thinking hummmm, maybe come Jan/Feb 2012 a good salesperson would be “selling” the fact that reducing an A/S while doing an R/S would have some positive overall affects?
