I don't really care if it was above or below 52 week lows. What I would like to hear is why it was the best deal we could do? is that because there is no other source of funds to get a loan. Is there some reason in their minds (inability to pay back a large loan if we have a few hiccups with trials) that keeps us from going out and doing a $6M-$20M loan. Is there some other threat that we do not know about? I would like some straight talk on why this avenue was chosen.

Why were there no other avenues open? It really doesn't matter to me that it was at all time lows if that was the only money available. I just want to know if that was the case and why that is the case? Why this $6M vs. different $6M we could have gotten our hands on? Is there more to it? Tell me.

Although there is a lot of people on this board that want to micro manage and I normally stand up against that, in this case I believe we deserve to know why?
