I couldn't listen to it all, but the interesting part I did hear was about how it was admitted that the first time the monies/award were proposed to be transferred to JPM was by the SNHs.

Then when settlement discussions resumed, and the debtors re-invigorated them, that item in the term sheet was just left in there.

That has an interesting "hmmm...." now that we know what else the SNHs did of getting the waterfall to stop just at their doorsteps, but no further downstream.
