All of that is your opinion with absolutely no factual basis for credibility.

I highly doubt Black owns a majority of the OS (that would be about 135MM shares last I checked). And I also highly doubt the offer to buyout was a hoax. It could have been some other company Black has a hand in, sure, but I'd be willing to bet it was a real offer.

There would be some serious implications if fake buyout offers were being made public as that would be seen as illegal price manipulation.
