At least no one has asked me to define "further down the road" as I could never attempt to guess that time frame.
What we do know is that there is approx 400 million shares left in the old 2 billion A/S and the CEO acquired for himself the equivalent of 2 billion common shares in the convertible preferred shares which of course will typically not be affected in any future R/S.
So today, we have the equivalent of approx 3,547,000,000 common shares of the newly authorized 6 billion common shares already accounted for, if not outstanding.
Yeah, I'll wait...
