In regards to the number of shares outstanding, re the cake post and others, we are buying at the fully diluted value. We buy while no further dilution, the cake post and the others are okay when there are authorized and unissued shares and the company is going to issue the additional shares, at which each shareholder share of the profit is decreasing. You are talking about the big guys, this is not applicable in GDTK case.
You want to invest $500, it is $500 whether you got 5M shares or 5K shares, it is the same $500 at the fully diluted value, you are not getting more or less portion of the cake.
