BETHPAGE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 20, 2005--

SearchHelp, Inc. (OTC:SHLP) announced today that it will be demonstrating its software products to law enforcement agencies at the 19th Annual Police Security Expo at the Atlantic City Convention Center on Tuesday, June 21st and Wednesday, June 22nd.

Started in 1987, the Police Security Expo is the longest running, most respected forum designed with the sole purpose of displaying the latest goods, products and services available to all Security and Law Enforcement Industry Professionals. Over 7500 Industry Professionals are expected to attend with the heaviest concentration of attendees coming from the Eastern Seaboard, with major participation from the Mid-Atlantic States of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

"The Police Security Expo is a viable stage for SearchHelp to present its Sentry line of software products and gain exposure within the law enforcement community. Attendees will experience first hand, the simplicity and the strengths of our Sentry At Home and Sentry Remote products, as well as the capacity they can play in protecting children while surfing the Internet," said Bill Bozsnyak, CEO of SearchHelp. "We are looking forward to securing business through well-defined sales channels like law enforcement, while showing the profit potential that our Sentry line of software product can provide to commercial and outreach organizations including those with nonprofit partnerships and fundraising programs."

The software products, Sentry At Home and Sentry Remote, were developed to help parents deal with the increasingly threatening aspects of child Internet usage. "The Internet is an exciting place for kids to explore, but eventually, if not monitored, children will be exposed to inappropriate content, violent images and unfortunately, even online predators while surfing the Internet," said Joe Carrizzo, President of SearchHelp. "We are pleased to have the opportunity, which we would not have had but for our recent acquisition of E-Top-Pics, to demonstrate our Sentry software products at the Police Expo, because the Sentry products offer parents and law enforcement professionals with practical solutions to very real problems in today's society."
