Look at level II on the bid. It is clear as day MM's are trying to cover over a million on the bid at .0076. Hold peeps going much higher make MM's chase. Also,I agree always waiting for the next MOASS and I have seen stocks in EXTO's same circumstances run from these levels to .50 plus cents. Go EXTO.
