Jake, hard to believe that Dart would make that deal given that the BOD is who you say is holding us back. Dart could accumulate shares in the 1.20-1.25 range which is not much difference to the 1.11 deal SP and vote his shares the way he wants. I am sure half a mil, mil wouldn't matter to him. Also, Why wouldn't Dart want a new BOD and a leader that can get the institutional investors excited and a new CFO which is badly needed (to use your words). Dart is an investor. Please don't respond with anything about cheap options.
