why waste time looking at something that you don't have even a fraction of the info for?

why not focus on things you know to be 100% true?

for example it is easy to figure out that a company that has tax liens against it is in serious trouble. it is easy to figure out that a company that owes their suppliers lots of money is in trouble.

Why don't you ever discuss those issues?
