I disagree. This PR is exactly like ALL the others- telling shareholders what they're gonna do, rather than tell them what they've DONE.

If you placed a $68 Million figure in a PR of many other penny stocks, the pps would likely blow up. Not PGIE! People have seen their $800 Million PR that was utilized to DILUTE the chit out of it.

To release such an egregeous PR speaks volumes about the conscious, or lack thereof, of the management.
