Do you have any information from your friend or company that was not paid by Asyst? I think you said you were aware of some of the lawsuits or companies that were not paid? What was the claim? Do you have contact with them and what or how did they settle issue?

I am not aware of any claims or lawsuits whatsoever, not sure where you got that. My familiarity is only that of one of the VC's originally involved and their track record wouldn't speak of creating or "R\M" one of their companies into a stinky pinky adventure.

I do not believe edurk has misinformed any one and has told everyone to do their own DD? There seems to be some information that otc pinks could be and could not be traded-actually have not confirmed? Could he be speaking about the MM's? Just wondering?

I strongly disagree. Their is a constant effort to mislead and misinform, read through the post's - The silly myth of MM 'signals', the so called technical anaylisis of this long dormant and barely traded stock ... There is no volume to support any of it and more importantly, no money 'flowing' in or out of the stock contrary to what is being peddled here. The constant repeating of dated information (minus the dates of course), the ever 'approaching' just about to happen touting ... There are numerous examples.

Regarding Pinks\OTC entities trading Pre-Market and After-Hours, certainly there is some confusion on this and how these exchanges work. Nevertheless it is beyond rare and I don't know of any broker that even allows it; For example, E*trade allows extended hours orders only for stocks traded on the NYSE or Nasdaq market.

Again it's a moot point, the bottom line here is that this is beyond a long shot, cherry picking bits and pieces and attempting to paint it as something that is about to happen is quite pathetic, that's my beef with the whole effort. Tell the truth about it.
